The Rain

This is a short poem I wrote about rain, I like the rain, and people complain about it a lot, so I came up with this short poem while listening to someone complain.

People hate rain,
I don't comprehend why,
rain purifies,
it cleans, and
rain brings the means,
to renew life.
In fact, lets not lie,
without it, you would die.

Alright, so this is all I have written thus far for this poem, but I feel like I may expand it a bunch and call it, "A Hobo's Side". I don't know, Guess I will see.

Sitting in a corner,
pondering life,
sitting alone,
in eternal strife.

I have no one, nowhere, nothing
to live for.
Yet I continue
my quest for more.

I feel like these could be my first and last stanzas, I don't know.

Loneliness

This one came to me after using the bathroom at like 3:00 AM last night, it is entitled, "Loneliness".

Loneliness,
that place you never want to be.
Loneliness,
that person you never want to meet.
Loneliness,
the worst feeling in the world.
Loneliness,
I wish it wasn't real.

so it seems,
stars twinkle,
in my dreams.

Life is perfect,
yes it's true,
just wait until
you get a clue.
